Everything about Afterglow Studio is a journey, whether you are near the end or haven't even started.
Wherever you are, there is a place for you here.
MEET JEN:
-
I started Afterglow Studio because I watched people I love struggle through hard seasons of life without a place that felt safe enough to simply let go.
A place to feel their feelings instead of pushing them down, and to learn how to bring themselves back into balance.
I wanted to build that place.
-
I started it for my children, too.
Teaching them how to self-regulate and understand their bodies, and how their bodies respond to the world, is one of the most important things I can give them.
It is already helping them move through everyday life, and I know it will keep serving them for years to come.
-
And I started it for me. During some of the hardest moments of my life, when I needed someone the most, I didn't have anyone, or I wasn't brave enough to reach out.
Learning regulation techniques, and allowing myself to take a quiet moment to simply be present, saved me.
That practice is what eventually gave me the strength to welcome in the incredible support system I have today.
-
Meditation is a cornerstone of regulation, and it can take many different forms.
My focus at Afterglow Studio is making meditation and regulation coaching approachable for everyone.
Accessibility matters deeply to me, because no two people think or understand the same way.
Teaching only one way leaves people behind, and inclusivity is not optional here. It is the foundation.
